Need to replace the screen on your iPhone 6? This video will walk you through the entire process. You can buy a replacement screen for about $30. I purchased the one in the video on Amazon. As you’ll see, this particular replacement screen includes the ear piece and the front-facing camera which makes the job a bit easier. This DIY project will take about 30 minutes.
When ordering your new screen, be sure you know the model number of your phone (e.g. A1549). You can find this on the back of your iPhone. Or, if you go to Settings…General…About. Look for Model. Tap on the number you see to the right of Model and it will show you the model number for your iPhone. It will be a letter followed by four numbers.
