By leaving a racquet with Warrior Tennis Company (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms.

Services. We restring tennis racquets using the string, tension, and specifications you provide. If you don’t specify, we’ll use our standard recommendation.

Drop-Off. Racquets are dropped off in our racquet drop box per the instructions provided. We take reasonable care with every racquet.

Turnaround. Our standard turnaround is 1–2 days. We’ll let you know when your racquet is ready. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

Payment. Prices are listed on our website or provided on request. Payment is due when you pick up your racquet.

Racquet Condition. Frames with existing cracks, worn grommets, or other damage can fail during stringing, and older frames carry more risk. We are not responsible for damage caused by a pre-existing defect or ordinary wear. If we spot a problem, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

String Breakage. Strings are a wear item, and breakage during play is normal.

Communication. You will receive an email confirmation of your racquet restringing submission. If you opt-in for text messages, you will receive one text when your racquet is complete and ready for pick up (along with an email). Message and data rates may apply. Use HELP for customer support. Use STOP to no longer receive text messages from Warrior Tennis Company about your order. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Commitment. If you’re not satisfied with your string job for any reason, contact us. We’ll work with you directly to make it right.

Liability. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for stringing service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (and unfortunately can’t guarantee tennis match wins 😉 ).

Unclaimed Racquets. Racquets not picked up within 60 days of completion may be considered abandoned after we make reasonable attempts to contact you. It’s never happened, but we’re told to include that just in case.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website when you drop off your racquet applies.
